I met the CEO of Iridian Asset Management at a Rudy Giuliani spotlight event at Cliff Asness's house, this was when Rudy Giuliani was running to be President of the United States of America. Cliff Asness is the Founder of the largest quantitative hedge fund in the world. Cliff put together a great event at his house, excellent networking and impressive people. I was hired to be the CEO Apprentice at Iridian Asset Management soon after the event. It was a great experience!
